Once you have placed your order, simply send me a clear photograph of your pet. I will carefully create your portrait and keep you updated throughout the process if required.
My turnaround time is usually between 2 and 6 days, depending on my current workload. Once your portrait is complete, it will be sent by next day delivery.
Your artwork will be carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely. Every portrait is placed inside a protective cellophane sleeve, secured between two pieces of sturdy cardboard and posted in a Do Not Bend envelope.
